MERMAID PROPERTIES Sp. z o.o. is a company operating on office and residential markets in Warsaw and Łódź. We concentrate our business on following sectors:

  • Renovation and refurbishment of post industrial and historic buildings and turning them into modern properties that meet the highest office or residential standards and simultaneously maintain their historical value – this activity is represented by Cross Point, Młodziejowski Palace, Jasna 26.
     
  • Development of office and residential projects from new – this activity is represented by Libra Business Center, River House, Aleksandria.

One of the earlier achievements of the Mermaid Properties Sp. z o.o. is a comprehensive revitalization of the former production plant, currently known as office block Prosta 69 Business Centre. The facility was thoroughly modernised and equipped with modern internal systems. High quality of finishing office surface combined with a modern facade and glass-aluminium-granite elevation transformed old production building into a modern B+ class office block. Prosta 69 Business Centre after full rental was sold to the Endurance fund managed by the Orco Group.

Cross Point Łódź - project at  Aleja Śmigłego-Rydza 20 in Łódź, assumes comprehensive revitalization and expansion of former Adam Próchnik clothing factory and transformation of the building into a modern class A office block, which offers on 9 storeys flexible in arrangement office space of total surface equal to 12 500 m2;

Libra Business Center - modern office complex, consisting of two independent buildings, situated at  Aleje Jerozolimskie, in the southwest part of Warsaw. The complex will provide almost 26 000 m2 of the class A office area.
